WhiteBIT orchestrated a blatant cash grab with their physical cards. In June, they announced mandatory card replacements, forcing clients to pay 12 EUR for a new one, or face cancellation. I paid the 12 EUR, received the new card in July, and just two weeks later, WhiteBIT abruptly canceled ALL physical cards! They forced us to pay for a product they knew they were shutting down. I've been demanding my refund since July. Support ignores me, feeds me endless template excuses, and missed the strict refund deadline I set (Ticket 717137).
