You can only spend the card down to near a $0 balance. I previously had their "jade debit card" and learned that the hard way. None of these cards are worth getting anymore. I've been using them forever regardless of they're massive charges and price discrepancies, after about 5 years someone broke into my car and stole my wallet, so o tried to order another card. At first everything was good (BESIDES CHARGING ME £50 FOR A CARD REPLACEMENT), but weeks went by and I didn't receive any cards at all. So I got back in touch and they said (OH NO, IT'S FOR A VIRTUAL CARD{USELESS}IF YOU WANT A CARD SENT OUT YOU NEED TO PAY US ANOTHER £25). First it took forever to figure out how to get my cash off of [crypto.com](http://crypto.com) because it wasn't accepting bank accounts. Had to add my middle name on my bank for it be accepted by crypto. Haven't had to do that anywhere else (coinbase, etc). I ordered the card because I thought that was the only way to get my money off of this app. I followed the instructions on their website to no avail. I'm so glad I only put 10 dollars on it (minus the 4.99 activation fee, ugh). AI customer servce AI is no help. Just a horrible experience. I tried reinstall and restart phone. still can't be solve..... frustrating.”
