You can only spend the card down to near a $0 balance. I previously had their "jade debit card" and learned that the hard way. None of these cards are worth getting anymore. I've been using them forever regardless of they're massive charges and price discrepancies, after about 5 years someone broke into my car and stole my wallet, so o tried to order another card. At first everything was good (BESIDES CHARGING ME £50 FOR A CARD REPLACEMENT), but weeks went by and I didn't receive any cards at all. So I got back in touch and they said (OH NO, IT'S FOR A VIRTUAL CARD{USELESS}IF YOU WANT A CARD SENT OUT YOU NEED TO PAY US ANOTHER £25). Safe to say I'm withdrawing my staked my coins and send them to my Binance account! Daylight robbery, stay away!!!”@Delicious_Sample7291“There's no way to activate the Crypto.com card. First it took forever to figure out how to get my cash off of [crypto.com](http://crypto.com) because it wasn't accepting bank accounts. Had to add my middle name on my bank for it be accepted by crypto. Haven't had to do that anywhere else (coinbase, etc). I ordered the card because I thought that was the only way to get my money off of this app. I followed the instructions on their website to no avail. I'm so glad I only put 10 dollars on it (minus the 4.99 activation fee, ugh). AI customer servce AI is no help. Just a horrible experience. As off today 08/20/2026 $986.89 plus my pre-paid card off %130.13 lost since i can't touch it hey don't have a person that can help. Crypto keep asking me to used the app. 🤦🤦 that is the problem the A.I is off no help at all. My account still frozen. Stay oway from Crypto. Don't mention that you will close your account i think that's why they don't want to fill it”@Claudio“I'm a customer since years and my experience is great, I use Crypto.com's card as my main one, it gives cashback; their banking and crypto services work fine, and the support has always helped me well.”@Starscream“somehow the new updates crash on me. can't top up cash using debit card after all these years ive been doing it at zero problems. spoke to their CS. they mentioned debit bank problem . called the bank and tried several other cards. still decline by CDC due to 3ds. I tried reinstall and restart phone. still can't be solve..... frustrating.”
