Cryptocom, BingX and XHYPE ("Hype" in the list) ask for ID on their standard cards too. Haven isn't live yet, and its terms say the card issuer runs its own KYC. They've expanded to more chains making it easier to deposit coins onto the platform and made it easy to move account balance to/from reloadable cards. Their support on Telegram is very helpful and run by the developers so they're quick to act upon feedback from users, including bug reports and suggestions. I've personally reported a few bugs over the years and all were resolved within a matter of hours once they got online for the day.
