@Yuliya“I paid $100 for an annual card back in January which was then removed from my account for no clear reason. Upon contacting support about this they refused to help, saying they will look into it after I go through a kyc process (why this kyc process wasn't required initially I don't understand - I guess they want to lower the entry barrier to get more purchases). They also add a $10 deposit fee along with 8% of the deposited amount on most crypto deposits which is much more than I expected. I feel scammed.
