My account was abruptly restricted with withdrawals and transfers completely disabled. ​When reaching out to support, I received a poorly copy-pasted template starting with "Thank you for Patient" (literally an unedited placeholder macro), informing me that my account is under "standard compliance review" with zero timeframe for resolution. ​Tell me how a financial platform justifies locking user liquidity indefinitely without an SLA, an escalation path, or even a basic document request? Saying "Your funds remain secure" means nothing when the rightful own”@Nuno Nunes“Worst experience ever!!! They're obsessed with verification of your transfers, ask for 5 different documents, including the id card, to approve the money you sent from a respectful bank account in your own name. The money stays pending and they take 1-3 days to approve it. Today, after making 2 transfers in other days that took time to be approved, i made another transfer from the same bank and after reviewing the docs i sent, tranfer failed and they returned it. I had a very bad experience. I permanently deleted my old account and recently signed up again with the same email and mobile number. They refuse to verify my identity because my documents were linked to the old account, even though they confirmed the old account was permanently deleted. I also asked them to delete my personal data, but they refused. Thanks!”@Robert“This is my second review for RedotPay. I mistakenly sent USDT 750 to my wife's RedotPay account. I set it up as an ERC-20 Ethereum transfer. But I made a mistake when sending, and the ERC-20 token was sent to Optimism rather than the Ethereum main chain. RedotPay recovered the token and sent it back (credit where credit is due!), but the fee was a flat 10% fee, which strikes me as egregious. Yes, it was my mistake, but I will never send funds to my wife's RedotPay account ever again. Edited to add: RedotPay's justification makes no sense. The deletion of my initial virtual card (ending in 1084) was an honest mistake, and the delay in receiving a response forced me to purchase a second card to handle an urgent payment. I request that my ticket be escalated to a manager for review. I am asking for either a refund of the $10 fee or a $10 compensation coupon to be added to my account.
