@Social User“I've been dealing with a passkey authentication issue with Wirex One since 9 October 2026. Today is 17 October, and the issue is still not resolved. My passkey is not working at all. I cannot log in using it. Wirex is currently sending me an OTP by email to log in, but I still cannot withdraw my funds because withdrawals require passkey authentication. I reported this issue on 9 October, and it was escalated under ticket #6411645. Since then, I've contacted support almost every day. 11 October: I followed up and asked for an estimated resolution time because I couldn't withdraw my funds. So far, the card has been really convenient to use. Cashback comes through fast, the experience is pretty smooth, and I’m hoping they keep adding more supported tokens in the future.
