I never had any issues although there fees were high. But now, I have issues every time I try to make a withdrawal or use the card. I had money in the mastercard that now I can't withdraw from. I said fine let me leave it there and create a visa card because I needed it for my small business. Couldn't use the visa card to make any transaction. That was just one of many errors with their system. They also have horribly slow customer service, and never reply any of their emails. I advice you not to use them. It has happened twice. They changed my cards details, without prior notice to me. I had used the card for google and apple recurring transactions. This caused failed transactions. Next they cancelled the card, I logged in saw no card. I chatted them, they claimed they noticed activities on my card. I parted with $6 to create a new card, every time. They just did it again, this was barely a month the last incident happened. No activities on my card, they changed the details again.
