0 réponse du support malgré mise en demeure.”@Paulos Zach“I never imagined that topping up my card with crypto could turn into such a devastating experience. But thanks to Bitsa, I am now financially drained, emotionally broken, and deeply disillusioned by how a company can treat a human being like disposable trash. On September 4th, 2024, I made two Monero (XMR) transactions to the address provided by Bitsa’s own platform. Both were confirmed on the blockchain. I sent proof, secret keys, everything. One was credited. The other — vanished. And here’s where the real nightmare began. They admitted they received the second transaction. Bitsa realizó la solicitud de prevención de fraude el 1 de abril”@Kyrylo Yukhno“They blocked my account for no reason; they aren't responding to my messages; I received money, but I can't withdraw it. The strange thing is that when my account is blocked, I can't click on anything—only the “Contact Support” button works, but that button doesn't work properly, but I was still able to view my transaction history by quickly tapping the transactions icon, and it showed deposits made today, even though the account has been blocked for two days now. And as we know, if an account is blocked, funds can’t be deposited, and that’s what I thought because the balance hadn’t changed an”@Domenico“I always been ok with bitsa from like 3 years, i didnt used the app for a whole month cause my phone died, now seems to be login problems and also the website not loading at all there is problems with website and app?”@Liban Shiiqaay“im in a verybad shape i send 14900euro to bitsa iban on 3 may 2026 that money was inheritance they frozen my acount fraud department sent me email whole week i ve been sending what they ask even my call they dont unswer how can they do like this they offer a service wich they cant deliver we dont live in 3th world this is europe they should not offer any service nor should they exist is there any one that can help me to get my money back from them”@Wilfried akosse Dogbo“Bonjour je ne reçois pas de code quand je fais mes transactions depuis se matin j’ai une charge urgente à payer j’ai besoin d’assistance le service client ne réponds pas”@Anto Granato“Ho ricevuto il mio stipendio sulla carta, sono giorni che tento di fare un bonifico e non me lo fa fare, per di piu non ho la carta fisica per prelevare, puo mai essere che una persona con il suo stipendio non puo fare nulla? qualcuno sa come prelevare i soldi con la carta virtuale?”@Cristina P“Muy mal. Estoy sinceramente muy descontenta.”@*ROY *“I will explain about bitsa and how it working! Everything in bitsa belongs to PECUNIA CARDS E.D.E, SL ,bitsa only name ! One day they requested documents about source of founds and yes it cryptocurrency friendly account , they can accept cryptocurrency then to move it to fiat without any source of founds because it cryptocurrency! But problem not with source of founds , they requested documents and they got them after one day they approved source, but problem started when without any notice they suspended account and card after one day from moment when I got approve about source, but now it ”@Martin Johansen“They stole 750 euro from me. Impossible to get in contact with support. Not a respond from them. Stay away!! I have reported this to the police in Spain and France.”@Panagiotis Amanatidis“I couldn't find any way to transfer my money and the virtual card was getting rejected constantly. Contacting support was very difficult to the point that I gave up. Managed to find a site that didn't reject my payment to spend the few euros i toped up my account with and immediately deleted my account. Don't use this app it's a (somehow) legal scam!”@Simow M. Labrim“this app is in Spanish only. full of bugs”@G. Patricia Sulbarán“Terrible! Today is Nov 24th and from Nov 12th It's still creating my virtual card.”@Jose Martinez“You can’t add less than 50€ with a credit/debit card which it’s dumb since you can do it using vouchers or crypto. If i buy a voucher to load less than 50 i’m paying a fee to the website where i bought the voucher, I would be happy to pay that fee to bitsa as i do when i load more than 50€ with my card. Can you please fix this? In other apps like revolut, payz, icard, have a minimum of 10€, you could at least have a minimum of 25€ or 20€ because i’ve seen bitsa vouchers starting at 10€”@Hello Dave“Dont give your ID to these criminals. It seems they are harvesting information. You would not be able to login with your pin once you have supplied your information. SCAM!”
