Upon contacting support about this they refused to help, saying they will look into it after I go through a kyc process (why this kyc process wasn't required initially I don't understand - I guess they want to lower the entry barrier to get more purchases). They also add a $10 deposit fee along with 8% of the deposited amount on most crypto deposits which is much more than I expected. I feel scammed.
