@Larry Widlon“In 2025, Ultimopay seemed like a promising service, but things have taken a serious turn for the worse. Since June 2026, the card has reportedly stopped working in several regions, including the EU and UK, due to sanctions and restrictions. Despite months of emails and repeated promises that the issue would be resolved, customers are still waiting for a proper solution. After paying $600 for the card, I believe customers deserve transparency, accountability and clear updates rather than repeated assurances. With JBD YES Laos Bank reportedly no longer part of the partnership, Ultimopay and Ulit”@@nivlekloen7437“No more phone app, no more support and now they advised that the system is down and have no idea when it will be back on”@@v.garcia3083“Thanx, ordered and had the card for 3 plus years. No problems using it. Came here because I haven't used it for 2 years. I needed an update. I got it to avoid the extortion irs tax when literally converting crypto for purchases, thereby triggering a taxable event, which I don't consent to! Peace in The Name of Jesus King of Kings! ❤ New subbscriber.”@Crypto Explorer“Hey guys, welcome back on the channel. So, let's cover Ultimo. I brought this on the channel a couple years ago and they're still around. No issues, still running. And in fact, this is one of the rare offshore bank cards that you can use to offer up crypto. There are some pros and cons to it. I'm going to give you a breakdown of the platform so that you can see if this is the thing for you or not. its standout feature. It's mostly the fact that it is in fact an offshore bank and you can use crypto to load their Visa card and spend IRL. As simple as that. There's a few other perks from using th”@RealYavinFive“Ultimo withdrew FOUR yearly account charges from my account in the last 6 months and I contacted them more than three and a half months ago.. and they still refuse give me back any the extra money they took out of my account! Also my card doesn't work anywhere.”@Calvin Wit“Back in 2025 this was an incredible option. But right now, nothing works. Not anywhere in the world… It all started in May 2026… After months of emailing, and being promised a solution, the solution has never come. Everytime “Next week this will be resolved.” Why are you even lying!? What is the point!? We spent $600 on this card. They fail to take responsibility. Pure theft! JBD YES Laos bank has been removed from the partnership. We have been scammed. TELL US ULTIMOPAY/ULTIMOX; WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO!? It seems like they have no clue and no plan. So they just lie to their customers that”@Richard Ortyl“I am a user not affiliated in any way but the negative reviews here are not accurate. Yes there is a fee to open the account and receive the card but that is a one off and is because of the offshore account that is created for you to give you privacy. That financial and spending privacy (through Visa) is worth every penny in my view. Yes as of today the card is blocked in EU and UK because of blanket sanctions on Russia - nothing to do with Ultimo or what they can control. They are currently looking at compliant workarounds. My own experience is that the off ramping process is smooth and low f”@Eros Fairy“Don't even think about it - you will lose your money. They operate through JDB Laos - this institution was completely removed from VISA due to EU sanctions. The card does not work absolutely anywhere. Check - the JDB app is completely removed from the Google and Apple stores. It is impossible to return the deposited money. UltimaPay is lying that this will be resolved soon - after 10 years, when will the sanctions due to the war end?”@@Notgivingup-f7f“Good Lord 450 to start 🤦🏿🤦🏿for what?”@Deb Nixon“Been enjoying all the features of the Ultimopay card, especially when it comes to currency exchanges to the cards wallet. Even with the 600 fee to own this card, it is worth it. Been using for almost a year now, and I've experienced only positive transaction use. Thanks 👍”@Alec S“I have a large amount of funds on this card. I have contacted support and am being told to deal with a telegram page? Sounds very suspicious to me. Has anyone else done this? What was outcome?”@ANTHONY BROOMFIELD“Last year, I would have happily given the Utimopay debit card 5 stars. Unfortunately, due to sanctions and restrictions, the card no longer works for me within the EU or UK. The reason I am giving just 1 star is that Utimopay still appears to be advertising the debit card and charging a $600 sign-up fee, despite the fact that the card cannot currently be used in the EU or UK. In my view, this should be made much clearer to potential customers before they pay such a large fee. Had this information been clearly stated upfront, it would have saved a lot of disappointment and frustration.”@@Django0000-z9y“Never use this no service extremely high fee to the point of theft”@J Bill“Did some research and decided to go with Ultimopay.io. Did the onboarding which was fairly typical KYC and painless. They deliver what they offer. Card took a bit longer to arrive than expected. But you pay the $600 and get $150 ready to use on the VISA debit card. I am able to do crypto transfers and then move to USD and then the card. They offer immediate USD transfers to the card at 1% fee or you can wait 72 hours for free. They make their money that way and on crypto to fiat exchanges at 3%. Card usage also incurs a 0.75% fee.
