Also they charge subscription to users that already closed their accounts and should have had their data deleted. They try all cards that were ever used to pay subscription. Seit vorgestern wurde bereits 3 Mal versucht, 19,99 € abzubuchen – völlig ohne nachvollziehbaren Grund. Zusätzlich wurden mir die versprochenen 120 € Cashback sowie 250 € Guthaben niemals ausgezahlt. Die Karte funktionierte plötzlich von einem Tag auf den anderen nicht mehr. Daraufhin habe ich mir zweimal eine neue Karte ausstellen lassen, doch auch diese haben nicht funktioniert. I've written to them on X! They're thieves. I'd literally cancelled my subscription 30 months ago! They have to pay for this! They managed to take a month's payment from me, which I disputed, but they still ended up with the money. It's disgusting, and the worst part is that some people have apparently been auto-renewed for a full year at over £300…! This is outright theft, organised fraud! My account has been closed for 30 months, and yet since September they've started charging my credit card again, which they obviously kept on file. These are the current issues that have gone unanswered in the past week. 1) Earn Miles are unable to be redeemed. 2) Gift cards are not delivered but money is taken. With the error "Supplier declined this card" 3) Gift cards do not have any discount. 4) Topping up the account gives no bonus credits. 5) Topping up 100 EUR puts 75.56 PEUR in your account. I found an email saying that I had moved to the 0 plan, so no payments, so not sure how they would be able to justify moving me onto a paid plan?! Constantly changing rules, unable to claim any benefits, and even when the accounts has been closed (for 8 months) they take money form your account. The result is no card to use and paying 6.99 for nothing for months. I finally tried seriously to cancel instead of being lazy and paying a subscription for nothing. Sadly, you click pause and the subscription restarts. The close your account page send you to 404 pages (for the Fill Out The Account Closure Form and Contact Support). The AI chatbot never connects you to a human. I tried to find a way to speak to someone, joined the Discord, and got banned nearly immediately with a message saying I was a robot.
