@Adriana“I have a Crypto.com Visa card and recently disputed a €52 charge from Batmaid, a cleaning company whose services I had stopped using and whose contract was terminated. I had already paid the outstanding €52 in March and provided proof. Months later, another €52 was taken from my card without my approval. I contacted the merchant for a refund but could not obtain a proper response. Crypto.com support was extremely frustrating. As everyone who has ever rented a car you pay a deposit and get it back when returned in the same state it left in. First I paid $962.95 to enterprise and I have the receipt, but crypto.com charged me $1154...so they screwed me on gas to get to my daughter's wedding. They kept blaming the merchant. Then when it came to getting my deposit back of $352.50...which only takes 5-7 business days through Enterprise and I called them to confirm that time frame. I am a customer since 2021, in contact two times with the so called support. The first time it took three months to solve a transaction blocked between the app and the exchange. Then they change the terms and give you less cashback on only a small percentage of your spending. It is fraud to change a deal after it was made.
