Very smooth defi off-ramp, highly recommend!!”@Jaroslav“Worst company. Used their services for a year and one day just was logged out from my account. All cars were disabled. Tried to log in again and get message “there is no account with such email”. I didn’t even get any message from them. Support answers nothing, just “we escalate this issue” and pretend that there wasn’t any account. So I don’t even understand what happened. Seems to be that they just banned my account, disabled all cards and stole all money that were on account. There was quite big amount and they stole all of them. NEVER use this service. I knew about it for a long time but didn't have any means to get an ether.fi card cause they didn't support Bangladesh up until now. I had signed up in the app long ago but they recently opened kyc for BD and I got a mail so I immediately completed my kyc using my bd passport and it was smooth due to the kyc vendor being sumsub. My kyc got approved but I wasn't able to get the bank accounts as they haven't opened it for my region yet so if I were to solely review the ether.fi card only then I'd say the card was a 8/10 for me.
