@Ahmet yoruk“At first, my transactions went smoothly, but when I made an instant transfer from my own account—which is in the EU SEPA zone—to my KAST account, the amount did not appear in my KAST account. Even though I contacted customer service multiple times, they kept asking if I had received an email from Noah; even after I told them I hadn’t, they kept asking the same question over and over. They’re holding onto my money for no reason at all.”@Yazeed Gohar“Bad customer service did a bank transfer and its on pending since 12 days Also the customer service is very very bad the respond to me like we need more time we give us 2 days 3 days and the app it self is heavy to use on andriod”@Ricky_ticky_joe_bob“I fell for the same shilling trap with a few crypto cards too, and the Kast team are definitely in that category. I got stuck in their lame, big-brotheresque KYC data collection and I was stuck in it for 2 weeks. I wrote to support countless times and maybe after a month they got back to me. what a joke”@waleswoosh“Since many people have reached out after my recent post, I want to briefly explain what happened. I have still not received my cashback from Kast points”@cochang“What happened to me regarding the @KASTxyz 1) I am on top 50 in terms of kast leaderboard with 0 referrals - and that was even before their worldcup event 2) One day i tried to pay for something, suddenly the cards were be removed from the apple pay, as well as from the app 3) I submitted VERY STRICT kyc aml source of fund, sex records etc all the bullshit to solve this absurd madness 4) They say the card issuer didnt accept the document for who knows the reason 5) Somewhat fixed and gave me the physical card which works but i can never use applepay Oh @ether_fi motherfuckers are worse ”@0xVishnya“Which card has better cashback? EtherFi vs KAST Same purchase, same shop in Europe, both cards within the same minute - @ether_fi : charged at 1.1476, $3.65 total, 3% back, all-in $3.55 - @KASTxyz : charged at 1.1730, $3.83 total, 1.5% back, all-in $3.78 Both cards spend dollars, so the same EUR 3.18 had to be converted first. Etherfi converted at the market rate. KAST converted about 2% above it and added a $0.10 low value fee, which it charges on anything under EUR 25 That is $0.18 taken before any cashback existed. Then the cashback arrived: $0.10 from Etherfi, $0.05 from KAST The cash”@E J“I had a terrible experience with Kast. They requested an enormous amount of personal information from me: ID documents, biometric data, proof of physical address through a utility bill, and even proof of source of funds. After submitting everything, the banking service was never activated. For weeks, I kept receiving the same responses: “try again tomorrow” and “our team is working on the problem.” After more than a month of useless waiting, I asked to close the account and permanently delete all my data. At that point, I was told that my data would still be retained for 5 years. Very negat”@Ashik Ansari“Absolutely terrible experience! I've been waiting for over 30 days for Kast to resolve my issue. Contacted them multiple times, but still no solution, no proper replies, and no updates. Everything was working fine before, but now their service is worse than ever. Completely useless support and a total waste of time. Dann”@cptn_cockring“kast app closed my account im speechless on how bad Kast is. obviously run by idiots so I opened an account in kast. maybe a few months ago, mainly cuz I was watching this shift happens podcast on youtube and that rtrd french guy was shilling it relentlessly so I thought... ok fck it, can open an account there and see how it is. didnt use it at all for many months, cuz have no need to but recently though "ok, maybe having another crypto card would not be that bad, just in case", so I logged in again, applied for the card which I received virtual quite fast and then transferred 1000 Usdt jus”@Asad Ali“the worst app with worst customer support. my Kyc is under review for 2 months while the app still saying it will take less than minutes. plus they provide worst customer support”@@yahwehtrade8237“Uso ele há uns 2 anos, na carteira do aplicativo Google e mas uns 4 cartões normal, funciona muito bem. Mas quando está sem recarga ou seja sem USDT nele e vc vai passar os outros cartões e acaba colocando ele errado e não tem saldo nele, aí é recusado a operação porque não tem saldo em USDT. Aí ferra tudo operação não autorizada e ainda fica com o valor negativo no cartão. O valor da compra. Errei umas 5 vezes. Já estou devendo uns 13 USDT.”@ANTONIO SILVA“I have experienced frequent issues with Kast’s payment system. Transactions fail far too often, and what makes the situation even worse is that I am still charged a fee when a payment fails. This can actually leave my account balance negative, which I find completely unacceptable, especially when the failed transaction is not caused by the user. A payment system should be reliable, and if a transaction is unsuccessful, customers should not be financially penalized with a fee. After experiencing this multiple times, I cannot recommend Kast. I hope they seriously review their payment system a”@Reasonable Outcome“SCAM and personal data harvesting! They have collected all possible personal data from me, including my face, my tax certificate with all sensitive information, my registration data, and they still reject KYC and sending me a template answer with links to required documents which have to be paper documents. In the country where I reside paper documents are not that common in some cases, yet they refuse to provide the service! Beware and stay away!”@MartyMaro“pending review ... for two days; trying to reach support ... 1-4 days. You guys are chilling?”@@Shortsfull2025“Mais no final esse kast nao passa para o lobo suas movimentações... ainda fica bom rsrs”@Mohamed Abdelhamid“This has been one of the worst customer support experiences I’ve had on my entire life. I’m trying to complete the identity verification required to use USD via SWIFT, but the app is stuck in a verification loop. I upload my passport, the process finishes, and then the app simply asks me to verify again. No error message, no explanation — just the same verification screen over and over. I explained this repeatedly to support, sent screenshots, and even sent them a screen recording showing exactly what happens. Instead of actually investigating the issue, I kept getting passed between differe”@Aqil Rzayev“RESOLVED! Account under review, ~$400 balance inaccessible, no response I deposited $500 USDC from Binance, sent $100 to Redot, and had ~$400 left. After I terminated my old card, my account was placed under review and I lost access completely. I submitted the requested verification and a formal complaint, but I have received no timeline and no answer. I am not asking for special treatment. Either restore my access or send my existing balance to an external wallet I designate. Indefinite restriction of my funds is not acceptable.”@brodie“hate the fact when sn update is available I'm forced to update and cannot use it until later, other than this annoying thing I am happy, the rewards system is fun and sometimes there's games to play to unlock extra Cashback, wish had a sort code and account number though to receive from banks. when giving this feedback they respondwd immediately so I've changed it to 5 stars ❤️”@FullStackCrawler“Kast card topup from paypal For people wondering what are the fees for transferring funds from paypal to the Kast card, it’s free.”
