Kontoauszüge bekomme ich seit dieser Zeit nicht mehr, nur noch EXCEL-Tabellen mit all meinen Kontobewegungen. Darin war deutlich zu erkennen, dass KEINE Gutschrift der Rückzahlung auf meinem Konto stattfand. In einer späteren "Variante" stand dann plötzlich der Betrag als gebucht. Ich konnte mit einem Bildschirmvideo den gesamten Kontoverlauf in meinem Account aufzeichnen.
