The CEO said the card issuer is winding down and gave them no notice, so most people found out when the card just stopped. Eligible card subscriptions are being refunded. Because the card was self-custodial, no funds were at risk. The USDC sat in each person's own Starknet wallet the entire time, and losing the card didn't affect the wallet.
