I still had money on the card, I tried to get it back, and support has been telling me to wait for five days now, and they still haven't given me my money back. It's a scam, don't use this app.”@Stargazer“Card often fails on normal things such as Uber, and after a few "fails," Bingcard locks your card with your funds on it. No way to get your funds back. Several months of trying to talk to support and the answer is the same - "you have to wait." Waiting for months. At best the worst customer service in the world, verging on unethical, and at worse a scammy organization. I still hope to get my money back and I have contacted the authorities in Canada and in the Seychelles.
