I encountered three separate issues with their service within 24 hours, and suddenly my card was frozen and my funds were locked. I cannot access my money while they investigate the matter, and their customer service NEVER gets back to me. They have an AI bot that responds quickly in the chat, but that’s useless when you have actual problems. You pay for things to be handled properly, but they aren't. I am still waiting for my money and a ”@TV“Sent funds to wallet as instructed then told by their bot over and over again that it hasn’t arrived and it was stuck awaiting manual review. The bot is still saying the same thing after 1 week. The app has fake social media comments and reviews across the internet to appear as a legit company. I had two issues where i contacted tech support and they are always responding straight away, explained why one issue happened (not their fault) and the second was solved to my satisfaction.
