If you use their card for payments that involve pre-authorization holds, such as hotels, deposits, rentals, or other temporary charges, you will never receive the released funds back. Even when the merchant cancels the hold or processes the refund, the money does not return to your card balance. It simply gets stuck on their side, and they never release it back to you. In practice, this means they are keeping users' money through failed refund and pre-authorization handling. Their support is almost nonexistent.
