My retirement has been turned into a complete nightmare by this company. First, they locked my account for 90 days for transferring crypto to a cold wallet. To satisfy their compliance demands, I had to physically spend $1,500 out of pocket to rent a room just to get a residential address they would approve of. Usually I need around 200-300k euros a month spending limit sadly krak card is max 10k a month and also very poor per transaction limit of only 6000 euros. According to the support it cant be increased at all, no manual review or kyc available. If you want the metal card that indicates it’s virtual, you’ll also need to deposit $50,000 in Kraken. In conclusion, the Robinhood 3% credit card is clearly a better option, in my opinion 🤠”@Any-Personality2931“Account frozen for a “security review” since July 1st, still no word Krak Card On July 1st I got an email saying Kraken had placed temporary restrictions on my account for security reasons, some kind of internal review of transaction activity. Deposits, withdrawals, Krak Pay transfers, and card transactions all suspended. The email said no action was needed on my part and that someone would reach out by email if they needed more info, and asked me to reply promptly so they could finish the review quickly.
