There were 443 USD on the account. I only found out because transactions started getting declined - no notifications, no explanations. Later, the app simply showed that the card and funds were frozen. Despite this being entirely their fault, they still charged fees for failed transactions, and did so from frozen funds. After that, I was told there was an issue with the old card and it was reissued. I was promised that the money would be transferred to the new card as soon as possible.
