Card also cannot be added to PayPal as PayPal cannot verify the card and wants to verify it with a test transaction which immediately gets deducted from my card's balance but never shows up in the transaction history even after days (you need to enter info from the transaction on the PayPal site to verify the card). And yes, I used my real name and country when buying the card and I don't use any VPN when shopping.
