@Visual-External6126“It’s been great from my experience. I tried it at a couple gas stations and made a handful of Amazon purchases already”@soheil fd soheil.fd“Poor Support and No Clear Escalation Process My experience with Tangem Pay has been genuinely disappointing. I have been trying to resolve a simple Apple Pay issue for nearly two weeks, but most of the support responses have been repetitive and the problem remains unresolved. Even after completing all requested troubleshooting and having Apple Support directly check my device, I still have not received a clear technical solution. For a service that handles payments and financial transactions, I expected much better and more responsible customer support. Based on my experience, I would rather”@Prize-Pin-2170“Tangem PAY Ok donc j’ai fait des test de payment avec Tangem pay déjà dans plusieurs commerce ça marche pas de partout genre tabac de plus y’a 1,5% de frais quand on ne paye pas en dorllars donc dans toute l’UE cets trop cher pour un voyage aux USA c’est potentiellement intéressant mais même là les 4% de frais sur les retrait sont abusé, 2% si vous payer 30$ d’abonnement mensuel donc à moins d’être un baron du cr\*me organise je voit pas l’intérêt de payer des frais aussi colossaux à moins de blanchir de l’argent et encore pas vraiment sûr donc voilà si vous voulez que plus de gens utilise vo”@Existing_Air6961“I woke up this morning to a message on my iPhone stating that my Tangem card had been removed from the wallet. When I open the Tangem app, both my cards are there, but when I click on "Details," I get a message saying the data cannot be loaded.”@9Level9“Do Not Use the Tangem Pay Visa Card until they get a new provider Tangem Pay is provided by Paera LLC. And I’m here to let you know that it is the worst service you will ever deal with. Paera appears to have some shady practices and some inside thievery going on. I had some fraudulent transactions on my Tangem Pay card, and was not fully refunded. I contacted support@paera.com, and their exact words to me were: “***W*****e** ***recommend contacting the merchant directly for further clarification regarding the refund amount.***” How absurd!!! They want you to contact the merchant. N”@ryyaaaannnnn“Question about Tangem Pay ACH transfers I'm fairly confused where to find the ACH details. There are a couple of blog posts that talk about it. I signed up for Tangem Pay last week, verified via KYC steps, have to digital Tangem card in Apple Pay, but now I'm just trying to figure out how I can fund it via ACH. I'd like to set up a regular deposit through my employer, and the one thing I can't figure out is where to find the ACH info. Tangem states: *"Tangem Pay now gives every verified user their own US bank details. A real routing number, a real account number. Share your account deta”@Cam“its a nightmare, they have not designed the instruction nor the interface well enough.$86 in the app. cant buy any crypto, cant add tangem pay to google pay etc etc Putting instructions with the product is not only common sense, its wel needed All threee cards are now in the bin. Gone back to ledger”@Rashon colon“Tangem is a great product. Gave 3 stars cause they told me they would give me 15$ in btc but I never got it. So that was a scam / lie 🤔. Besides that scam it's a great card. Now as for the tangem ring that sh1t is trash. Don't waste your money on it..”@OkAngle2353“Not seeing any real world use for tangem pay. ~~Is tangem pay similar to the mainstream pay apps where I can pay via NFC or is it strictly just a way to use crypto as a payment method?~~ Ok nevermind. I began to go through the process of opening the pay section of tangem. KYC, nonstarter. Not worth. Email, sure; I use a aliasing service anyway. Phone number? Sure, I also use a aliasing service for that as well. Give up my personal identification? Hell no.”@ShipMysterious7602“Cancelled my Plus card yesterday. Honestly not worth it. Cost is $30 a month which is okay if you earn cash back but cash back has been restricted to purchases over $30 and not all purchases qualify. In the US this might be fine but in many countries with a weaker currency $30 is quite a bit, more than my weekly grocery spend. So essentially I never get cash back. Also, the cash back is restricted to just $300 so you also lose out on larger purchases if you are a big user. The ATM fees of 2% is way to high and the amount you can withdraw is way to low. Compare this with my normal bank cred”@ipodcar“Need proof of Tangem Pay KYC / card ownership I contacted Tangem Pay to request proof that I completed the KYC verification for the card and to confirm that I am the cardholder, but I haven’t received a response yet. What is the usual response time, and which email address should I contact to request this information?”@jaeant8“I have the three set card. I was using my card perfectly find hours ago. Yes I walk around with card as well. I have iPhone 13 max pro. My phone is up to date. Now my phone can’t scan card all of sudden. This is unacceptable. I have the other two cards as well. I contacted support but they take days to respond”@Christine“Excellent product and services very nice packaging and on time delivery was right on time scheduled. Very easy to use great customer service would highly recommend”@andreas_europe“As long as you have to track for tax records every transaction, i see no reason to use it vs a normal visa card, where i have nothing to track...”@Paulina from cryptonoshi.com“First of all, customer service gets a big wow from me, and I have tested many companies' support. Super fast, replies in under 15 mins, and competent. (Not like some others we won't mention here) The Good: All in one Wallet+Visa Card feels nice, to cash out with same app, without needing to send to an exchange 1:1 USDC to USD, no spread Almost no fees, just 1% fx fee for non-USD transactions Apple Pay supported Non-custodial wallet + a way to offramp = awesome The Bad: No Physical Card yet No Cashback EU not supported yet”@Backoutside1“Basically, your state like mine (Washington) is not a fan of crypto. Also, another reason I’m planning to move to Florida lol.”@playitleo42“I tried to "close card" from the app and it is grayed out. No rewards for spend and $$$ for a plan that gives any kind of benefits. Also, who is going to pay for a hotel or car rental on a debit card in order to realize those benefits.”@Claus Hein“Purchasing the package was as smooth and trouble free as I could have hoped for 🙌 Very happy I have set everything up including the VISA and the bonus claim of BTC Transferred a bit of ETH to test out and it went smooth and fast My next tranaction will be to get some USDC into the VISA vertual card All in all Very pleased with this wallet Thank you”@@poetrynook962“Tangem Pay sounds great. But, it is not self-custody. A company called Rain keeps custody of it and, what is more, they can freeze your card. That simply does not appeal to me. But I got that information direct from Tangem.”@jeanpierrenc“Tangem Pay Visa: ‘Self-custody’… until you try to withdraw I recently got my Tangem Pay Visa card and at first I was pretty excited about it. But after using it a bit, I realized a lot of what Tangem promises about it being “self-custodial” doesn’t really hold up. First, the card itself is issued by a third party, which means they can freeze your funds at any time. That alone already makes the “self-custody debit card” claim questionable. The bigger issue is withdrawals. Once you top up the card with USDC on Polygon, you cannot send that USDC back to your wallet. Tangem forces you to swap i”
